Free range British boar, slow cooked for 10 hours so the meat is tender, with a rich Tuscan-inspired tomato sauce. Simply finish in the oven - it's ready in 25 minutes and serves two. Delicious served the Italian way with pappardelle pasta and a sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan.
