General
Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Check food is piping hot before serving.
Oven cook
From Chilled
Gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C 11-13 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging place kebabs on a foil lined baking tray. Pour any residual marinade over the salmon and place the baking tray in centre of the oven. Do not reheat once cooled.
