Preparation and Usage
Directions: Remove fabric cover and stopper and fill with warm water, maximum two thirds full. Expel air from the bottle by lowering carefully onto a flat surface until water is visible at the opening. Replace the stopper and tighten by hand, ensuring it is on securely. Put the fabric cover back on. Always use the cover. Do not heat in a microwave or oven. Remove water before storing.
