400g Tenderstem broccoli • 4 blocks wholewheat noodles • 1 garlic clove, crushed • 25g fresh root ginger, finely grated • 3 tbsp soy sauce • 1½ tbsp rice wine vinegar • 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil • 1 tbsp clear honey • 3 tbsp tahini • 1 tsp sambal oelek paste • 25g mixed soft herbs, such as mint, basil and coriander • 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted, to serve
