1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Line a baking sheet with foil and top with the salmon, skin-side down. Season and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
2. Meanwhile, finely chop the basil stalks and put them in a pan with the lentils. Warm the lentils according to pack instructions, adding a little water to loosen. Stir in the crème fraîche and basil leaves.
3. Spoon onto warm plates, top with the salmon and serve with salad leaves and lemon wedges, if liked.
