2 tbsp olive oil • 400g pack lean diced British beef braising steak • 1 large onion, finely sliced • 2 garlic cloves, crushed • 1 red pepper, deseeded and finely sliced • 1 tsp ground cumin • ½ tsp hot smoked paprika • ½ x 28g pack coriander, leaves whole, stalks finely chopped • 400g can chopped tomatoes • 350g can Fragata Manzanilla Olives Filled with Chorizo, drained • 500g cooked rice, to serve
