Cookbook author Chetna Makan is in her home kitchen making a vegetarian alternative to sausage rolls. These spicy bean rolls are perfect for picnics, lunchboxes and outdoor get-togethers. 

They're packed with a flavoursome filling of borlotti beans, garlic, coriander and chilli – and because they use ready-made puff pastry, they're super-simple. You can make them ahead and freeze before cooking – when you're ready to eat them, just defrost in the fridge, bake and go.
