To do this, click 'Home' (top left) and click 'Register' (top right). You’ll then be guided through how to do this. Once complete, you’re ready to book a delivery slot and start shopping with us. If you have any Sign In problems which you cannot resolve, we suggest that you call us on 0800 188 884.

If you’ve forgotten your login email address please contact us on 0800 188 884.

If you haven’t used the website for 30 days or more, you will be asked to re-enter your password when you try to access any pages which contain personal details. These pages include the checkout stages, and your account pages. This is to protect your online security.

Visit waitrose.com and access your 'My Account' area at the top of the page. Within the 'My details' section,  select 'Addresses'. From here you can check and update your address details.

To update new card details, please continue to check out as normal by adding items to your basket. Once you have selected your delivery or collection options you will be directed to 'Order review and payment' where you can enter your new card details and select 'Save this card’  to use it for future payments.

To remove expired card details, please log in to your Waitrose account and follow the steps below: 

1. Click the ‘My Account’ icon in the top right corner of the page
2. Click ‘Payment details and billing information’ 
3. Then click ‘Delete payment card’ for the card you wish to remove

This will remove the saved card details from your account.

The easiest way to update your personal information with us is by logging into waitrose.com and visiting ‘My account’ and selecting ‘Marketing preferences’.

Select the 'Unsubscribe' option at the bottom of the marketing email.

GDPR stands for General Data Protection Regulation - it is EU legislation governing the use of personal data and replaces the Data Protection Act 1998. This came into force from May 2018 and impacts all organisations who hold Personal Data. To delete your Waitrose account (and all relevant data) please contact Customer Services on 0800 188 884.  Should you choose to delete your account, you will lose access to all information stored in your account including past online orders, my details, favourites, marketing emails, address book and payment details. If you're a My Waitrose member you will also lose access to your online My Waitrose card and vouchers.
