Create a Refreshingly Delicate Hugo Spritz 1. Roll a handful of mint leaves and place into the bottom of a wine glass. 2. Pour over 20ml gin, a floral gin works well, and leave to infuse for 1-2 mins. 3. Add ice and then top up with half a can of Belvoir Sparkling Elderflower. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
