Cooking Instructions (General)
To prepare...Tastiest when cooked from frozen in an air fryer.Alternatively, oven bake from frozen- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.- These instructions are guidelines only.- Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Air Fry (From Frozen)
- Remove Chicken Tenders from packaging, place in the basket (max. 8 Chicken Tenders) in a single layer and place in the air fryer.- Shake halfway through cooking.- Cook until crisp and golden.- Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Oven cook (From Frozen)
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas mark 6, 14 mins- Pre-heat the oven.- Remove Chicken Tenders from packaging and place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.- Turn over halfway through cooking.- Cook until crisp and golden.
