Oven cook (From Chilled)
Preheat oven. Place the meat in a casserole dish and cover. Ensure that the meat is thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and the meat is tender. Do not reheat once cooled. Cook's Tip: Seal joint for 3-4 minutes in a hot frying pan, turning occasionally. Then cook as above. (Time 5 hours, Oven: 150°C, Fan: 130°C, Gas: Gas Mark 2)
