François Dauvergne and Jeff Ranvier work in partnership in the sunny Rhone Valley, creating some truly exceptional wines. This organic Syrah was grown on north-facing slopes in Southern Rhone, and naturally has a low alcohol content of just 10. 5% ABV. The nose is clean and inviting with dark summer fruit notes, the palate leads to a fresh supple mouthfeel of damson and blackberry fruits.

This wine can be drunk now but will further improve if carefully stored for up to 3 years
It can be consumed on its own but will be enhanced with Grilled meats and even river fish dishes. During the summer months being slightly chilled down would be ideal.
