PAN FRY. Time: 8 - 10 mins medium heat. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add the mince into the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. We recommend that all mince should be cooked thoroughly until the juice runs clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled.
