Oven cook
From Chilled
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Leave to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes before carving. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time Well done 30 mins per 500g+30 mins Medium 25 mins per 500g+25 mins, Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark 4)
