HOB Simmer: 20-25 mins. Rinse 75g of rice per person in running water. Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add salt if desired. Add rice and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer gently for 20-25 minutes. Drain thoroughly before serving. Fluff up with a fork. All cooking appliances vary.
