Preparation: All appliances vary. This is a guide only. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. Remove all packaging. Defrost thoroughly before cooking.

CASSEROLE Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Dust the lamb shanks in the seasoned flour. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a casserole dish. Fry the lamb shanks over a medium high heat until browned on all sides. Add 500 ml of stock. Cover, place in oven and cook for remaining time. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 2- 2½ hours, Oven: 170°C, Fan: 150°C, Gas: Gas Mark 3)
