For best results microwave from frozen. Place 1/3 of the pack of spinach in a microwaveable dish, cover with suitable film and pierce in several places. Heat on FULL POWER, stirring half way through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary.
