Preparation and Usage
Usage: Waitrose Laundry Water Softener Tablets neutralise hardness salts in the washing water, preventing the build-up of limescale and reducing scum. Regular use protects the heating element, pipes, drum and your laundry. Waitrose Laundry Water Softener Tablets improve the efficiency of the laundry detergent and by using in every wash you can save on detergent use by following the dosing instructions for soft water.
Directions for Use: Machine washing: 1. Add detergent to the washing machine, dosing according to soft water. Load garments. 2. Remove tablet from wrapper, place the tablet into the drawer. 3. Select the appropriate programme. Use with every wash. Hand washing: Dissolve 1 tablet per 10L of water.
Care Instructions:
Hand care: After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water. Users with sensitive or damaged skin should wear suitable gloves. Colour fastness: Always test for colour fastness and wash non-fast colours and whites separately. If in doubt about the colour fastness of a garment, handwash separately the first time in cool water. If colour loss occurs, do not soak and always wash separately. Fabric care: Always check the care label before washing and follow the instructions. Always follow the special instructions such as wash separately. Always follow the washing machine manufacturer's instructions. If washing a mixture of fabrics, select the programme suitable for the most delicate fabric type. For garments with a flame resistant finish do not soak and do not wash above 50°C. For stubborn stains soak prior to placing clothes in the main wash cycle. This will help to give improved results. Ensure clothes are rinsed thoroughly before drying.
