Air Fry
From Chilled
Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
Remove outer paper case, leaving the base on. Place the pud in basket and place in air fryer. Cook for 8 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not overload the air fryer.

Microwave

(800W): Heat one at a time. Remove from paper case and place on a microwave plate and heat for 30 seconds, no longer!
Oven cook
From Chilled
Remove paper cases and place on a baking tray at the centre of a pre-heated oven at 180°C fan, (gas mark 6) and cook for 10 minutes. Don't overcook them, or they'll lose their chocolate lava centres! Using a cake slice, carefully lift the Gü-ey pudding onto a serving plate.
