Our chilli miso easy is made in the stunning Nagano Valley, a short train ride from Tokyo. Miso is a staple of Japanese cuisine; famously light and a source of protein and minerals. For a deliciously comforting bowl of soup, just add hot water or transform simple dishes with miso marinades, dressings & glazes. miso'soup ^serves 1] 1. Empty sachet of miso easy into a small bowl. 2. Add 200ml of hot ^not boiling] water 3. Top with diced tofu, sliced itsu crispy seaweed thins or wakame & spring onions. 4. Stir & enjoy! miso'dressing ^serves 2-4] 1. Whisk together 1 sachet miso easy, 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil & 1 tsp maple syrup. 2. Use to dress salads or pour over roasted veg. miso'marinade ^serves 2] 1. Whisk together 2 sachets miso easy, 20ml mirin & 1 tbsp light brown sugar. 2.
