Moschofilero is a pink-skinned, perfumed grape variety from the Peloponnese peninsula of Greece. Grown at altitude on a high plateau and harvested late in the year, the grapes are able to ripen slowly, so intensifying their fragrant rose petal aromas. The palate is crisp and delicate with notes of citrus and a perfectly balanced acidity. This mouthwatering rosé is delicious with calamari, Greek salad or fresh seafood.
