This unique and expressive wine has been crafted using artisanal winemaking methods, such as hand-harvested grapes, fermented with wild yeasts and a three month maceration on its skins to develop complex aromas and structure, resulting in a style commonly called "orange wine". Aromas of orange blossoms, dried apricots, pears and honey complement its rich, full body and noble fruit characteristics.
