Preheat oven. Remove all outer packaging. Place product on a foil lined baking tray. Place the baking tray in the centre of the pre heated oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. Leave to rest uncovered for 10 minutes before carving. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 25 mins per 500g + 25 mins, Oven: 240°C, Fan: 220°C, Gas: Gas Mark 8)
