Our No. 1 Breaded Cheese Bites are a selection of irresistibly moreish breaded cheese canapes, with four each of vintage Cornish Cheddar & caramelised shallot, fondue with white wine and confit onion, and Red Fox® rarebit. They come with a tangy fig and balsamic dip that perfectly complements the creamy melting cheeses. Delicious with fruity white with good acidity eg Chardonnay or white blend. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place sachet to one side. Place fondue bites and vintage Cheddar bites on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 1 minute. Add the Red Fox® bites, spread evenly onto the baking tray and place back into the centre of the oven. Cook for a further 11 minutes (frozen). Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Two or more packs may require further cooking time. (Time 12 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
