British chicken breast in a breadcrumb coating with sachets of tomato, vodka and Parmigiano Reggiano PDO cheese sauce and mozzarella and Cheddar cheese.

Our No. 1 Chicken Parmigiana is inspired by a classic Italian-American dish. Succulent chicken breasts are flattened and coated in a crunchy, golden crumb, and topped with a rich tomato sauce made with a dash of vodka. They're finished with a generous layer of creamy mozzarella and punchy West Country Mature Cheddar, that melts in the oven. Delicious with a fresh green salad. All our chicken is from slower reared breeds, raised with more space, by farmers who share our higher welfare values. At Waitrose, Better Chicken is our standard. Find out more about how we're first for animal welfare.
