Cooking Instructions (General)
Preparation: Wash hands after handling raw poultry. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked, or wash between uses. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. All cooking appliances vary, this is a guide only.
Oven cook (From Chilled)
Gas 4, 180°C, Fan 160°C, 1 hour 45 mins
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, film lid and sachet of sauce. Place the foil tray on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 1 hour 40 minutes basting occasionally. Spread sauce over chicken and cook for a further 5 minutes until thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and no pink colour remains. If the breast browns too quickly cover with foil. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.
