30 Day Dry Aged British Beef Bone-In Sirloin Roasting Joint with Salt and Pepper Seasoning
This naturally tender, juicy beef joint is perfectly seasoned and is bone in for extra flavour. At Waitrose & Partners, we only buy meat from farmers we know and trust. Our grass and forage fed beef comes from a small group of British farmers, chosen for their high animal welfare standards and their commitment to sustainable farming. Dry ageing makes this naturally delicious beef even better, deepening the flavour, and leaving it melt-in-the-mouth tender"
