From Chilled
Oven. Time: 4 min per 100g. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Pan fry first for 2 minutes on each side in a pre-heated pan with 1 tsp oil. Remove from pan. Place in a roasting tray in the centre of oven for the remaining time. Rest for 5 minutes before carving. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 4 min per 100g, Oven: 180, Fan: 160, Gas: Gas Mark 4)

Pan Fry. Time: 6-8 mins. Preheat pan. Remove all packaging. Slice the fillet into 2.5 cm thick slices. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and cook on medium heat to seal, turn and seal other side, reduce heat. Turn occasionally until thoroughly cooked. Rest for 5 minutes before carving.
