Origin Information

Oven cook

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Pan fry first for 4 minutes in a pre-heated pan with 1 tsp oil. Turn once. Remove from pan and wrap in foil. Place in a roasting tray in the centre of oven for the remaining time. Rest for 5 minutes before carving. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time Pan fry 4 mins + Roast 5 mins per 100g, Oven: 210°C, Fan: 190°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)

Pan Fry. Temp: Medium Heat. Time: 6-8 mins. Remove all packaging. Slice the fillet into 2.5cm thick slices. Heat 2 tsp oil in a frying pan and cook on medium to seal, turn and seal other side, reduce heat. Turn occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
