Air dried cured topside of Wagyu beef with spices.Our No. 1 Wagyu Beef Bresaola is made with British Wagyu beef, naturally marbled for superb flavour and tenderness. It's expertly cured by a sixth generation Italian producer, then slowly air dried, for a rich, deep flavour and melt in the mouth texture. Delicious with slices of Pecorino cheese, caperberries and a cold glass of Prosecco. Wagyu beef is classified by a 'marble score', and at 6, our Wagyu strikes the perfect balance: meltingly tender and flavoursome, but not too fatty.
