Sourced from hand-harvested fruit in the acclaimed stellenbosch region, this classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot was cask matured for 20 months. Plum, dark berry and cigar box aromas prelude a multi-layered palate with elegant tannins. This wine will reward decanting before serving in its youth or patient cellaring under ideal conditions. This wine commemorates the custodian who lovingly revitalised the farm during his ownership.
