Storage and Usage
Directions: Fill your bathtub with warm water to your desired temperature. Pour 1 to 2 cups of Epsom bath salts into the running water. For a more intense soak, adjust the amount to your preference. Gently stir the water to help the salts dissolve completely and release their soothing benefits. Immerse yourself in the bath and relax for 20 to 30 minutes. Allow the calming scents and Epsom salts to work their magic on your body and mind. After your soak, rinse your body with fresh water to remove any salt residue. Pat your skin dry.
