Store in a cool, dry place.…Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 days.…For best before date see base of pack.
Cooking Instructions If using chicken or vegetables, slice these. If using tofu, cut into cubes. Slice the spring onions. 1. In a large pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil until hot and fry the protein or veg for 4-6 minutes until cooked. 2 Add the sauce (small pouch) and cook for 30 seconds, then add herbs and spices from the spice pouch (include chilli for extra heat) and cook for a further 1 minute. 3 Add 800ml of water and 1/2 of the spring onions, then bring to boil, add noodles and cook for 5-7 minutes or cook to your preference. While cooking the Pho, make a salad by mixing the bean sprouts, remaining spring onions, mint, Thai basil, coriander and squeeze in the juice from lime. 4. When the Pho is cooked, share between 2 bowls and top with bean sprout salad. Serves 2 Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving. As appliances may vary, these are guidelines only. If you don't like whole spices, grind these in a pestle and mortar and add them at step 2.
