Medium heat 8 minsHeat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry, turning frequently.
Oven cook

200°C/180°C Fan Gas Mark 6/14 mins Pre-heat oven. Toss in 1 tbsp oil and bake on a tray, turning halfway through.
