Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C,18-20 mins
Preheat oven. Remove film lid. Place foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 18-20 minutes. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. Remove from oven. Stand for 5 minutes. Turn over each lobster tail and cut down the belly of the shell with a pair of sharp scissors. Peel back and serve with roasted garlic and parsley butter.
