Allow food to cool before storing in refrigerator.
Directions for Use: Before first use remove paper label and hand wash tray in warm soapy water. Oil tray before use to avoid food sticking to the surface. When using for roasting, please support bottom of the tray and wear oven mitts before taking it out of the oven.
