Storage and Usage
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack.
This product has previously been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

Shallow Fry (From Chilled)
Pan Fry. Time: 5-6 mins. Remove all packaging. Preheat pan over a medium heat, add a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil and heat. Place fillets into the pan skin side down. Cook for 5-6 minutes turning halfway through cooking. Remove sea bream to a warmed plate. Do not reheat once cooled
