Boneless chicken served with a sweet and smoky sauce. Burnt ends but make them chicken. For this twist on a classic, weve taken tender chicken drumstick meat and coated it in a Texan-style BBQ glaze. Crisp them up in the air fryer or oven, pour over the sweet, smoky mop sauce for the last five minutes, then pop in a bowl and pass them round. Oven cook (From Chilled)

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and set sachet to one side. Spread the chicken out on a lined baking tray in a single layer and cook in the centre of the oven for 25 mins. Toss the chicken halfway through cooking time. Pour sachet over chicken and cook for a further 5 mins until thoroughly cooked and no pink colour remains. To serve toss the chicken in the sauce. (Time 30 mins, Oven: 220°C, Fan: 200°C, Gas: Gas Mark 7)

Take extra care when barbecuing. Cook first and finish on the barbecue.

Air Fryer …Chilled Temp: 200°C Time: 20 mins …Preheat air fryer (according to model instructions) to 200°C. …Remove all packaging and set sachet to one side. …Place products in a lined air fryer tray ensuring even spread in one layer. …Program air fryer to cook for 10 minutes. Toss the chicken and cook for a further 8 minutes. Pour sachet over chicken and cook for further 2 minutes. …Allow to stand for one minute. …Ensure food is piping hot, thoroughly cooked and no pink meat remains before serving.
