Cooking Instructions
General
Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Oven cook
From Chilled
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a casserole dish. Fry the pork over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes until browned on all sides. Add vegetables as desired and cook for 5 minutes. Add stock, cover dish, place in oven and cook for remaining time. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 1 hour - 1 hour 15 mins, Oven: 170°C, Fan: 150°C, Gas: Gas Mark 3)
