Pan Fry. Time: 4-5 mins. Temperature: Medium heat. Remove all packaging. Heat 2tsp oil in frying pan on a medium to high heat. Once pan is hot, add schnitzels and cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn and cook other side for further 2 minutes. …Do not reheat once cooled.

Remove all packaging. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and place the schnitzels onto the tray. Place in the centre of the oven for 10 minutes. Check food is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.
