Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat. Stir halfway through heating. Re-cover and continue heating. Heat until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute. (800W: 6 mins, 900W: 4 mins 30 secs, 1000W: 4 mins 30 secs)

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Stir halfway through heating. Re-cover and continue heating. Heat until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute. (Time 25 mins, Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark 5)
