Preparation: Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Medium heat, 8-10 mins
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging Place on a grill tray under a medium heat and turn halfway through cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Oven cook
From Chilled
Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 15-20 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly greased baking tray in centre of oven and turn halfway through cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear, Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
