Storage and Usage
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack.
This product has been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality.
Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

Cooking Instructions (General)
Preparation: For best results oven cook. Remove card sleeve. Pierce film lid in several places. Do not reheat once cooled.

Oven cook (From Chilled)
Gas 4, 180°C, Fan 160°C, 15 mins
Preheat oven. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven and cook for the time indicated. Remove from oven on tray and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Using a fork, stir well. Ensure product is piping hot throughout. For a crispier eat, remove film halfway through cooking time.
Microwave (From Chilled)
Cat D 800W, 2 mins 30 secs
Cat E 900W, 2 mins
Cat E 1000W, 1 min 30 secs
Place tray on a microwaveable plate and microwave on full power for the time indicated. Remove film. Using a fork, stir well.
Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
