Shallow Fry

From Chilled

Air Fry 180°C. CHILLED 8 mins / FROZEN 10 mins. 180°C. Preheat the air fryer. Remove sleeve & peel back film over the beef compartment. Remove the beef, spread evenly in the air fryer basket and programme for required time. Toss beef halfway through and heat until crispy. Meanwhile, pierce the film on the sauce compartment, place in the microwave and heat until piping hot. Remove both and allow to stand for 1 minute. Pour sauce over the beef.

Oven cook

From Chilled

Preheat oven and baking tray. Remove sleeve and peel back film over the beef compartment. Remove beef strips from packaging and spread on a baking tray. Pierce film over the sauce compartment and place tray on the baking tray next to the beef, and place in centre of oven. Heat until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute. Pour sauce over the beef. (Time 17 mins, Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark 5)
