Oven cook
From Chilled
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add cubed meat and cook for 4-5 mins until browned. Add 400ml stock, bring to the boil. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, cover and place in the oven for remaining time or until thoroughly cooked. Ensure that the meat is thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and the meat is tender. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 1 hour 30 mins to 1 hour 45 mins, Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark 4)
