Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date.
Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted. Once thawed, use within 1 day.

Pan Fry from chilled. MEDIUM HEAT. 4 minutes. Heat 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging and place prawns in the pan. Cook for 4 minutes turning occasionally. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled.
