Preparation and Usage
Wash before use

Air Fry
20-30 mins
Cut potatoes into even-sized pieces. Place into air fryer, add all and season to taste. Cook until golden.
Gas 7, 220°C, Fan 200°C, 35-45 mins
Or toss in oil and season to taste, place on a baking tray and bake on the top shelf for 35-45 minutes, until golden and crispy. Turn occasionally.
Boil
Simmer 20 mins
Peel and cut the potatoes into even-sized pieces.
Place in a pan with just enough water to cover and bring to the boll. Cover and simmer until tender.
Drain and serve. If you would like to mash drain well and mash with a little butter and milk
Oven cook
Roast
Gas 7, 220°C, Fan 200°C, 45-50 mins
Preheat the oven. Peel and cut the potatoes into even-sized pieces. Parboll for 10 minutes. Drain then shake the pan to roughen the surfaces of the potatoes. Heat 4 tbsp of vegetable oil in a roasting tin.
Add the potatoes and turn in the hot oll. Bake on the top shelf of the oven for 45-50 minutes, until golden and crispy. Turn occasionally.
Bake
Gas 7, 220°C, Fan 200°C, 1-1 1/2 hours
Preheat the oven. Dry and prick the skin with a fork. Place directly onto the oven shelf and bake for 1-1 1/2 hours or until the potato has a crisp skin and a soft centre.
