Oven cook (From Chilled)
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting dish, brush with oil and place in an oven until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and no pink colour remains. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 25-30 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
