Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and set sachet to one side. Place the chicken on a lined baking tray in the centre of the oven for 19 minutes. Drizzle sachet over chicken and cook for a further 1 minute until thoroughly cooked and no pink meat remains. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. (Time 20 mins, Oven: 220°C, Fan: 200°C, Gas: Gas Mark 7)

Shallow Fry

From Chilled

Chilled: 12 mins Frozen: 14 mins. Preheat air fryer (according to model instructions) to 180°C. Remove all packaging and set sachet to the side. Line air fryer basket. Place products in air fryer tray ensuring even spread in one layer. Program air fryer to cook for 11 minutes chilled, 13 minutes frozen. Turn halfway through cooking time. Drizzle sachet over chicken and cook for a further 1 minute. …Allow to stand for one minute. Ensure food is piping hot, thoroughly cooked and no pink meat remains before serving.

Oven cook
