D/800W: 3 mins. E/900W: 2 mins 10 secs. E/1000W: 2 mins. Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove container from bag and pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate and heat. Halfway through heating, cut back film, add 1 tablespoon of water to rice and stir all meals. Re-cover and continue heating. Heat until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving. Preheat oven. Remove containers and naans from bag. Pierce film of meals and keep naans and onion bhajis aside. Place meals on baking tray in centre of oven. After 5 minutes of heating, remove onion bhajis from packaging and place on baking tray. Halfway through heating, cut back film, add 1 tablespoon of water to rice and stir all meals. Re-cover and continue heating. Remove naans from packaging and place on baking tray alongside meals 4 minutes before the end of heating time. Heat until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute. Stir meals before serving with naans. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 20 mins, Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark 5)
